TELJ applies a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the academic quality, originality, relevance, and integrity of all submitted manuscripts.
The identities of authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process.
The editorial team evaluates manuscript suitability with the journal scope, author guidelines, language quality, methodology, references, and ethical standards.
All submissions undergo plagiarism screening using a reliable similarity detection tool.
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to three independent reviewers.
Reviewers evaluate:
Reviewer comments and recommendations are returned to the corresponding author for revision.
The final decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief or assigned editor based on reviewer evaluations and author revisions.

Approximately 30–60 Days
TELJ aims to notify authors of review outcomes within approximately 30 to 60 days after submission. The duration may vary depending on reviewer availability and manuscript quality.
Accepted articles are published online and made freely available under TELJ's Open Access Policy.
All published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), allowing readers to read, download, and share the work with proper attribution.
