All articles published in Teacher Education and Learning Journal (TELJ) are published in full open access.

TELJ does not charge any fee to authors or their institutions for manuscript submission, editorial processing, peer review, copyediting, publication, DOI registration, online archiving, or article access.

Open Access Policy

All accepted articles are made freely available to readers worldwide without subscription fees, paywalls, or access restrictions.

TELJ is committed to supporting the dissemination of scholarly work in teacher education, pedagogy, and learning studies for researchers, lecturers, teacher educators, school practitioners, and postgraduate students.

Important Notice

Any future changes to the author fee policy will be officially announced on the journal website.

Changes will not apply retroactively to manuscripts that have already been submitted before the new policy takes effect.
